”My first visit to Romania with the charity Music as Therapy International was in 2002.  Back then, I did a training project with some of the staff at 1st Inclusive Center from Oradea, teaching them how to use music therapeutically with their children.  Monica was one of the recipients of this training, and I am delighted to see how she and others have built  upon this experience in subsequent years, in many different impressive ways.  I returned as part of the charity many times to Romania between 2003 and 2015, to co-lead other projects and short trainings. Each time it was wonderful to see how the practice of music therapy was developing.   I was then excited to hear that Monica had founded an Association for Music Therapy and was really privileged to be asked to be a founding member. ”
